Simon TCHOKONTE is a seasoned media executive with over 14 years of experience in global content distribution, business development, and OTT strategy.
A French citizen with Cameroonian heritage, Simon has held senior leadership roles in internationally recognized media companies across Paris &, Los Angeles, including Novocomedy, the world’s largest provider of funny & Non-verbal family-oriented content.
Throughout his career, Simon has spearheaded business expansions across Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, achieving multi-fold growth in distribution revenue, and has negotiated high-value deals with major broadcasters, streamers, and telcos.
A frequent speaker and participant at global media events such as MIPCOM, Cannes Film Festival, ATF Singapore, Sportel, EFM, SICA, Natpe Budapest, APEX, he is recognized for his thought leadership in the evolving content and digital media landscape.
Simon holds advanced degrees in Business Law and International Business from the University of Paris Nanterre and Millersville University (USA), and is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Pidgin and multicultural dealmaking & media strategy.
